Refund and Return Policy

At Flexcare Medical Solutions Inc, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality durable medical equipment (“DME”) and related products. This Refund and Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued and returns are accepted.

1. Shipping of Products

All products purchased from Flexcare Medical Solutions Inc are shipped within 30 days of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. Customers will be notified if shipping is expected to take longer than 30 days.

2. Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay for products only upon receiving them and confirming that the items are in the expected condition. This ensures that customers are satisfied with the delivery prior to payment.

3. Refunds

Refunds may be requested within 14 days of delivery if the product is proven to be in an unsatisfactory condition. “Unsatisfactory condition” includes products that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the product ordered.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. Processing times for refunds may vary depending on your financial institution, but Flexcare will initiate the refund within the 14-day period once eligibility is confirmed.

4. Returns

In order to receive a refund, the customer may be required to return the unsatisfactory product. Products must be returned in their original packaging (when possible) along with any accessories, documentation, or instructions included with the original delivery.

Customers should contact us prior to initiating a return to receive return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

5. Exclusions

Refunds and returns may not be available for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 14-day eligibility period.
  • Products that are hygienic, single-use, or otherwise cannot be resold for health and safety reasons, unless the item was defective or damaged upon delivery.
